Inbound marketing is the driving methodology that all marketers should adopt to help transform their marketing from a world of cold calls, trade shows and yellow page ads to a world where customers find a business sat the moment they need its product or service through social media, blogging, search engine optimization, etc. Social media is only one part of an inbound marketing strategy.
