Hello my name is Jennifer! I am a first-generation college UNCG alumni December 2022). I am currently a freelance editor with aspirations to grow and expand my talents. Most of my work consists of voluntary projects or for my own enjoyment; however, I would like to expand my content creations with an internship or company.
During my internship as a content marketing specialist, I focused on three core areas: graphic design, video editing, and writing for email marketing. I skillfully utilized industry-standard design tools to create visually compelling graphics that aligned with brand identity and engaged audiences. Additionally, I mastered video editing software, transforming raw footage into polished visual content for promotional and informative purposes. Moreover, my expertise in crafting persuasive email copy and analyzing campaign data allowed me to optimize email marketing strategies and drive meaningful results.
In addition to my specialized skills, I have also acquired valuable knowledge about content marketing strategies, SEO optimization, and social media management. I have actively participated in brainstorming sessions, contributed to content calendars, and analyzed data to measure the success of campaigns. This experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the broader content marketing landscape.
Finally, I was the president of Spartans Design on campus in hopes of providing students a place to not only create graphic designs for organizations on campus, portfolios, personal enjoyment, or any other reasons; but also be an area to grow and learn from others. Regardless of majors, all are welcome to express their creativity.
As a Mexican American female pursuing film and design, I am extremely dedicated, open-minded, and imaginative. Additionally, I am always willing to learn more about others and grow.
