As CMO at The Hershey Company, I led all global innovation and reenergized it to drive bolder thinking and greater speed to market. I managed Hershey’s iconic global brands, advanced capabilities, enhancing the Hershey marketing model to fully embrace digital, social/insights-driven marketing and developed new campaigns that spurred growth.
Previously, I held a number of executive roles at Capital One, including SVP of Brand Marketing and CMO of Capital One Bank. Leading the teams that supported all the lines of business with strategic and tactical marketing, we developed and launched successful products across credit card, retail and digital banking and drove dramatic growth in consumer and business segments with famous marketing campaigns.
Before arriving at Capital One, I served as CMO at TruSecure Corporation, later acquired by Verizon. I built the marketing team, rebranded the company, designed new offerings for medium and large enterprises, built an inside sales/lead generation capability, and drove 340% growth in < 3 years.
Earlier, I was TD Ameritrade's first CMO at the launch of the brand and led its dramatic growth with the industry's most effective multichannel brand and acquisition campaigns, including the wildly popular "Stewart" advertising.
When not doing marketing-related things, I spend time ineptly boxing, scuba diving and working on Camp Shikellimy, my former YMCA Camp property in Pennsylvania,
