As an advisor for several high-growth start ups on all things GTM and Operations, an active leader of Revenue Operations in multiple communities and platforms, and the host of The Revenue Engine Podcast, I'm on a mission to elevate the Ops function & Ops professionals.

Founder of the #OpsTherapy group where all ops pros can share experience & expertise.

With over 25 years of broad technology experience, I have led GTM Ops teams in H/W, S/W (perpetual, term, and SaaS), and Services industries, including data center operations, EDA (electronic design automation) software, storage solutions/ drives, supply chain automation, database management, e-commerce fraud protection, and revenue process. Having worked for mid-size & large public companies as well as small, private start-ups, I enjoy the start-up environment where the pace is fast, the ability to impact is significant, and where I can leverage my "big company" experience to build scalability for the long term.

Holding various mgmt roles for 20 years in different operational capacities (sales ops, revenue ops, business ops, marketing ops, finance ops, customer success ops, renewal ops, partner ops), I have directly supported global sales teams as small as 30 and as large as 1,500+.

Deep expertise in all Revenue Operations, end-to-end from top of funnel to prospect to customer to expansion/ retention. Experienced in areas such as GTM strategy & planning, Demand Generation, Marketing campaigns, Quota/ Territory/ Account planning, Forecasting/ Pipeline management, CRM management, Deals Desk, Product hierarchy/ Pricing structures, end-to-end Sales Compensation (design to payroll), Sales Enablement & training, Strategic and Business Initiatives, Customer Success/ Retention/ Adoption/ Value, and reporting/ metrics/ analytics (including bookings, revenue, ARR/ACV/TCV, churn, net $ expansion). I enjoy being the Chief-of-Staff and the "right hand" advisor to the Revenue Leader.

Passionate about building and optimizing teams, processes, systems, and tools (MANY systems and tools!). In addition, I have had opportunities to lead Quote-to-Cash initiatives, M&A activity, NPI (new product introduction), and various other corporate initiatives.

Love to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong partnerships across organizations. As such, a collaborative, transparent, humble, and "get it done" culture is the type I thrive in! I believe in "roll up your sleeves, dive in, and get stuff done - together".

Always busy, but always able to find time to grab Starbucks or a good black milk tea with boba!
