Executive SaaS Leadership: Product, Engineering & Marketing

I am currently the Chief Product Officer overseeing both Product & Engineering and GM of SaaS Division at Thryv, a 5 year old $150M+ ARR SaaS platform. I am responsible for driving ever-evolving innovations serving over 44,000 SMBs throughout the United States. I pioneered a new development methodology delivering exceptional engineering economics achieving a break-even, growing SaaS division within 36 months. Over 5 years I have led user engagement growth of 1400% and average annual revenue growth >20%.

I have assembled a team of 100+ product, engineering and marketing experts over 5 years, with less than 5 voluntary turnover in that timeframe. Leading with culture, vision and purpose is at the core of my leadership style. I am a pragmatic leader who relies on the voice of the customer and data to make the most informed decisions possible. As an entrepreneurial-minded SaaS executive, I am not afraid to make decisions or mistakes. My speciality is the ability to take complex, high-stress situations and break them down into actionable plans that keep everyone focused. I serve as a buffer and champion of my team against the corporate churn and swirl that can sometimes distract from our mission. My brand identity is a straight shooter executive who gets things done. When I'm "loving" my work, my team and I are executing and driving results that matter for the business. I have been described as focused, direct, honest, and able to deal with ambiguity and lead through change.

I have amassed more than 15 years of business leadership experience, including earlier stints with technology leaders Apple and AOL.

I have led and developed global teams ranging in size from 15 to more than 300, achieving more than $175 million annually in revenue.
