Data-Driven Marketing: A Conversation with Martin Kihn
Summary

Marketers know that data is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences. But capturing, storing, and acting is incredibly complex. Pair that challenge with balancing personalized experiences with preserving consumer trust, and marketers find themselves in a difficult position.

In this session, Martin Kihn, SVP Strategy, Marketing Cloud at Salesforce, will be joined by Bobby Tichy, RVP, Strategy at Lev, to discuss how marketers can effectively utilize data to power their marketing efforts. From the value of customer data platforms, to the move to first person data, to data-driven AI strategies, they'll cover everything marketers want to know about getting the most out of their data.
