Email marketing is one of the original digital channels. It gives the
ability for brands and businesses to communicate with customers,
both existing and new, via email, has been around for a quarter of
a century - and is growing exponentially.
Dropping directly into a recipient's inbox, a marketing email can
be a powerful vehicle for promotions, brand messages and news.
In other words, it is a versatile tool when it comes to creating
conversation.
One of the most popular uses of email over the years has been as
a way of communicating with customers, whose email addresses

etc.) following an interaction or purchase. It's great for talking
