Smartsheet has introduced Portfolio WorkApps, a new feature aimed at enhancing project and portfolio management for organizations. Portfolio WorkApps integrate the capabilities of Control Center to deploy standardized project plans with the simplicity of WorkApps, offering a centralized location for accessing and reporting on portfolio details. The feature provides tailored experiences for different team members, allowing portfolio managers to define roles, pages, and permissions. Portfolio WorkApps also facilitate portfolio-level reporting, offering a comprehensive view of project assets, including sheets, reports, dashboards, and external content. The new feature is designed to improve collaboration and scalability for organizations managing multiple projects. Portfolio WorkApps are available for new Control Center programs on Smartsheet Advance or an Enterprise plan with Control Center added on.
