This is a business flow for a company who intakes an order from their customer, then needs to immediately order/purchase these products from their vendors. This flow is most common in a company who builds custom products, or bundles products together into a single package.

The overall flow allows you to track sales prospects and the product(s) they are interested in. You can then provide a quote/estimate, delivered online, and track the profit margin on each estimate. Once an estimate is approved, you generate a Kit Work Order (KWO), which automatically creates the needed purchase orders. The POs are processed, and then the entire KWO into an invoice to bill your customer.
