Gauging Morality Via Text Message

Psychologists have long argued that moral behaviour is a zero sum game. Commit an act of kindness today and you're more likely to be rude tomorrow, goes the theory. In other words, do-gooders and do-badders are the same people – it's simply a matter of timing.  Researchers have now attempted to test that theory in the real world by tracking moral judgments via text message.
