Instead of outsourcing and adding a CPQ to their existing tech stack, Elizabeth DiRusso (RevOps at Eleos) decided to take on the build herself. She used Sweep's Slack alerts and simplified rollups tool to manage communication and ensure timely cash collection for the company.
