In the past, Denise would contact all her clients via desk phone or mail campaigns. As the office manager of WCA Waste America, she would send 6-1200 calls on a regular monthly basis. If their were routing changes due to an acquisition, their would be 3000-7000 calls during that month. This would take Denise 72 hours or longer of her busy schedule, per month to get her message out.
