Four years in and going strong, our team is now accepting applications from grad students for this summer's Access Fellowship.

The program arises from our strong belief that venture capital needs to be a far more diverse industry if it is going to succeed. Today, more and more companies are no longer setting their sights on local markets, and they require a diverse and inclusive vision in order to connect with customers across the board. For example, we invested in Aquabyte, a company based in Silicon Valley, that launched for general availability in Norway first, plans to launch in Scotland and Chile next, and may never have a United States-based customer. That requires new thinking, new ideas, and new faces around the table.
