The topic of missing data and how to handle it is one of the biggest challenges for clinical data management. Being able to identify why something is missing is also necessary when submitting data to a regulatory agency. When we last polled the industry on clinical data management challenges with Pharma Intelligence in late 2018, missing patient data was noted as one of the most critical problems to catch.
