62.7% of Americans say they are satisfied with their jobs, the highest percentage since 1987 according to the Conference Board survey. So, why does it not feel that way? Even though satisfaction seems to be high, categories like promotions, wages and more had a downtick and women in particular were less satisfied than men in their roles.
