As we all know, this is all just a simulation and time doesn't exist anyway. But for real, it's naive to think that things going on in your team's personal lives and the world in general AREN'T going to affect their work. Like you can't just tell people to not think about major life/world events during arbitrary hours of the day because YOU don't trust them. That's on you sweetie, not on them. SO if you say you want your employees to bring their whole selves to work, let them. Or you're going to miss out and lose top talent quickly. MMMMMMMMMKay?
