Being a woman in tech has its challenges. Being a woman in a management position in tech even more so. I feel very fortunate to co-lead the Women of AC ERG, as well as have my manager's support - both in my current role and involvement with the ERG. He even makes a point to share events sponsored by the Women of AC ERG. Having such a strong support structure from my manager to my team and coworkers, through to the very top of ActiveCampaign removes some of the challenges and allows me to bring my true self to ActiveCampaign every day. I see the change many women and allies have fought so long to see and I am optimistic for the future!
