For many scaling businesses, initial focus is usually on sales & growth, without investing time in evolving Revenue Operations processes. This results in a disjointed customer experience and internal inefficiencies and frustrations, putting the brakes on a business at a critical point. When that happens it's often impossible for fast growing businesses to rebuild processes and tech whilst still growing. Much like property, it's hard to rebuild a house whilst still living in it.
