According to RISNews, the Software LeaderBoard report ranks the best of the best in retail technology and is based solely on customer input. Oracle received a near-perfect retail concentration score of 45.

According to RIS, software providers are ranked by retailers across a number of metrics, all designed to uncover which vendors have the greatest customer satisfaction.

Providers are examined in more than 50 head-to-head categories such as overall performance, ROI, innovation, reliability, support and more.

This is the 19th annual report and includes 330 retailer submissions and 610 evaluations of retail software vendors. A total of 49 vendors received a minimum number of votes to qualify for ranking in the report.
