After two years of success with our Costanoa Access Fellowship program, we thought it was time to go bigger and better. This summer, we're offering not only an MBA/grad student fellowship but an additional undergraduate one as well.

The Costanoa Access Fellowship addresses an obvious shortcoming in venture capital today: our industry has far too few members of underrepresented groups and that has important downstream effects for founders. By seeking diversity and working to be inclusive in all parts of our business, we can bring additional viewpoints, gain a better understanding of customer needs, and help both businesses and people succeed well beyond Silicon Valley.
