Democratic government is a demonstration of trust between the people, their elected representatives and the institutions created to serve them. In 2021, Forrester ran a pilot study of Australian adults to measure how people's trust in government drives critical behaviours. The resulting model extends Forrester's Trust Imperative with specific drivers relating to an individual's relationship with government.
