Zendesk integration:
With this, you will be able to create tickets, fetch ticket status and even enable live chat via the Zendesk app.

Contact page:
Recognizing the growing importance of contacts in WotNot, we've introduced a dedicated page for each contact to provide a comprehensive view of their details. Also, we're letting you create contacts manually from the contact page.

APIs to live chat:
For customers and partners, that want to use WotNot for its AI chatbots and AI agents, and continue using their existing live chat software like Zendesk, Intercom etc. - we are releasing APIs to our live chat feature.
