As an executive the biggest challenge is making decisions when I don't have all of the facts which is all the time.  I needed to embrace the uncertainty.  
 
I found a book that helped me immensely for making decisions learning from the results.  That book is Thinking in Bets by Annie Duke who uses her experiences as a professional poker player to create tools we can all use to embrace uncertainty.
 
This is a low expectation and commitment book club.  We will be meeting once every two weeks for 45 minutes to discuss one chapter of the book at a time, the key points, and how we are going to implement one idea over the next two weeks.  It is better if you have read the chapter ahead of time, but not necessary.  Each session will have a summary of the key points from the chapter.   We will then discuss how we can use these ideas in our everyday life.  At the end, we will each pick one idea to implement over the next two weeks.  The next session will start with a review of how those implementations went.

I highly recommend getting the audiobook so that you can listen to the chapter while doing chores/working out/walking the dog/etc.
