I act globally as IT Business Partner within ADB SAFEGATE, leading provider of intelligent solutions that deliver superior airport performance from approach to departure. I manage the IT Business Applications budget, the Business Applications team and our IT suppliers. With more than 17 years experience in IT, I delivered successful projects as a consultant at Accenture and PwC, and I now focus on manufacturing sector. I report to the Vice President IT.
My responsibilities are : plan and scope business capability roadmaps, lead projects from inception to conception, and successfully introduce Technology capabilities into the organization together with Business Owners according to the IT vision that I build with my IT VP.
I coordinate large / high-risk projects, leading teams and managing stakeholders from operational up to C-Level. I executed successfully Program/Project management activities for a variety of business applications such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, Success Factors, Concur, inriver, Coupa, SharePoint, Atlassian suite, Data Warehouse and Power BI etc.
I successfully delivered transformation projects for major clients in various industries. My approach is fit-for-purpose while following IT best practices. I played a leading role in the global HR transformation of Cargill, where I coordinated the global deployment of HR processes to 150.000 employees/70 countries. My client leader came as Key Note speaker at SuccessConnect conference sharing publicly the success of our collaboration.
My husband and me I just celebrated our 20th anniversary. I combine my career with being the mother of two joyful boys.
