Years of experience in the staffing industry, initially started as a Field Recruiter and gained knowledge in all field operation roles, resulting in a journey of career succession. With this foundation and my passion for learning and development I transitioned into corporate training and development roles.

As a learning and development specialist I have had the honor of working with all levels of internal colleagues. Creating and delivering learning programs, materials and knowledge that assist with speed to proficiency and developing human skills and mastering tactical job requirements by using blended learning approaches that support adult learning theories. There is nothing better than witnessing talent grasping a process or mastering the use of a tool and putting it all together. My professional/personal passions and goals are to make an impact and a positive difference with each person I connect with.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
✮Learning & Development Programs
Developed and facilitated internal learning and development programs virtually and instructional lead. Created a virtually led leadership program specific to new front-line leaders to develop leadership soft skills and increase tactical knowledge. Hosted, managed, and facilitated large, multifaceted instructional led learning events.

✮Software Migration
Participated in the support plan for 4 companywide software migrations that included scheduling the learning and development needs and overall plan for the project. Managed remote and in person support team members for phased go lives. Contributed in UAT and provided feedback from a field perspective.

✮Merger & Acquisitions
Supported 6 company M & A integrations, including preparing learning needs and deployment plan for the onboarding of the colleagues resulting in the change. Participated and managed teams involved in the learning technology deployment to company's current ATS system. Largest integration included a 1+ year phased roll outs, 35 states and 1800 employees. Most recent, involved an acquisition of a 500-employee staffing company onboarded in less than 5 months.

✮Leadership
Managed colleagues in 4 different CPO departments. Built a successful operations training team that supported L&D for the entire commercial division. Onboarded up to 2500+ colleagues per year with unending learning and development support. Collaborated with stakeholders and SMEs to strategize on learning needs supporting company initiatives and special projects.
