A Principled Approach to Digital Transformation for the Modern CMO

I am a seasoned client solutions leader with 10+ years expertise designing & implementing data-driven marketing solutions. Over the last 5 years, I have held senior sales & account management positions at high growth startups in the B2B SaaS space. I consistently achieve top-line revenue growth & net-expansion goals through a combination of my consultative, human approach with clients; active listening to business context, and expertise designing & implementing enterprise marketing & advertising technology solutions.

I harbor a desire to understand and make sense of complex systems. I love marketing strategy & technology because new buyers & current clients are consistently challenged to navigate large SaaS investments. Successful data & technology decisions are not made in silos but are dependent upon mobilizing distributed, global teams with different skillsets. Therefore, team organization, composition, and training are just as important for accelerating business growth. My colleagues and clients enjoy working with me because I strive to see the whole picture while remaining focused on the details of large scale implementation. I am just as excited to present a business review to the C-suite as I am a technical concept to a marketing operations team.

Currently at Simon Data I occupy a leadership position on the Client Solutions team where I lever my marketing technology expertise to connect Simon Data's values to our largest clients' business goals. I develop deep, trusted advisor relationships with my clients and take pride in building valuable, multi-year partnerships. I am responsible for recruiting and cultivating a cross-functional team comprised of the most senior account managers at the company. I also serve as a co-chair of Simon Data's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team.

In addition I am an active volunteer in my community both as a pro bono advisor and board member to several nonprofit organizations.
