An enthusiastic training professional with over 10 years in the Staffing Industry, my background runs the gamut from Office Manager to Senior Application Support Analyst. These experiences blended to land me in the place I love: helping new employees get acclimated to their new roles. Be it learning the industry, the culture, new processes, or navigating enterprise applications, I love being a part of my teammates’ success journeys.
At Vaco, I assist with course design and development, creating content and supporting collateral for a variety of learning paths, while also delivering trainings, ranging from personal, one-on-ones, to small and large groups, depending on company need. I’m proud to help onboard hundreds of new employees each year as well as provide ongoing support and coaching wherever needed. Special projects include collaborating with the PMO & IT with the implementation of new products, software, and new Vaco offices.
