I started in the real estate business in 1987 when I was 23 years old, and have been a full time professional Realtor ever since. Specializing in residential real estate, I am passionate about helping people market and sell their homes, and find and purchase the right home. I have sold and rented over 1500 homes, one at a time, believing in personal service, I have earned the GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), BPOR (Brokers Price Opinion Resource), and CRC (Certified Relocation Counselor) among other professional designations. I am a licensed Managing Broker in Illinois, and a licensed Broker Associate in Florida, and have and continue to train and mentor many top and new real estate agents in an effort to promote the real estate industry.
