A little bit about me and my experience... my background is in marketing but I am very detail and structure oriented. In school, I focused more on the 'strategic' side of marketing using my problem solving, linear brain to identity problems and figure out target solutions. My roles have usually started with one thing and then morphed into identifying outlying inefficiencies and figuring out a optimized solution to all. My current role/job description would be (what I like to call) 'figure-it-outer' or what my coworkers calls 'fire-fighting'. I am on the Operations team and we identify and assess problems/inefficiencies across the company and work to find a solution. As a result, I am often writing operating procedures, process documents, technical data sheets, information documents, and other day to day processes. I design all these documents in Adobe InDesign, using Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop for further editing when required.
Another huge portion of my role is building and maintaining web pages, systems, and data organization across Microsoft PowerApps, Forms, SharePoint and other internal systems. I've built a multitude of pages, tables, apps and automations to improve the efficiency of our team and company as a whole.
One of my proudest achievements thus far is taking the task manager Monday.com and creating a project management and scheduling tool to track a project’s process throughout design and production. The tool uses over 200 columns and over 90,000 actions per month. It also tracks millions of dollars worth of projects through design, production, to crating and shipping. It was a temporary solution that has lasted 2 years so far.
I've also become heavily involved in our internal software development, rollout and implementation. Identifying the true problem, then working with the developers to help them understand the problem and provide feedback for solving, all while providing interum support to the floor. When the solution is ready for release, I provide testing, analysis, and put together a release and implementation plan.

Overall, the true summary of the story is that I'm a 'figure-it-outer' and I'm the happiest when I've got a problem to solve or a new system to 'figure out'.
