Allison Kraker, MBA has worked as a learning professional with a focus on program development and marketing in various sectors including healthcare, education, and engineering.

Currently, she is a Product Marketing Manager for Microsoft specializes in Microsoft Learn: Training and Certification. She is responsible for events, channel marketing, and social media for Microsoft Learn. She previously managed the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Certified Professionals Program (MCP).

Prior to joining Microsoft she was the Associate Director of Innovation Learning at University of Washington's CoMotion where she was responsible for the strategic development, design, and oversight of CoMotion's Innovation Learning Programs. Innovation Learning developed programs that exposed UW students, faculty, and staff to the innovation ecosystem and innovative thinking. She produced and managed a variety of both instructor led and eLearning courses through her tenure at UW.

In June of 2015, she received her MBA with a focus in Marketing Strategy from the UW’s Foster School of Business.

In her spare time Allison loves to travel and has visited over 25 countries in 4 continents including a month long trip to Ahmedabad, India where she worked with a group of rural women to improve their sales strategy for a spice selling business.
