Passionate and results-driven leader with a desire to use my God-given gifts and talents for a purpose greater than myself. I have a proven track record of success in recruiting, marketing, and sales in two competitive industries: financial services and multi-media advertising. Through my experience, I've developed a knack for creating and building teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
In 2016, I was presented with a unique opportunity to join Mongoose, a conversational software company, as an early founder of the Client Success division. In this role, I was responsible for both client satisfaction and renewal revenue. I led a team of 16 CS professionals, with 25% of them being former clients. Together, we achieved world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS) rankings and drove significant revenue growth, increasing the client base from 30 to over 750 clients.
Currently, I'm taking the summer off to explore new ventures that allow me to integrate my passion for service, ministry, and assisting others in realizing their full potential. While I'm not actively pursuing new opportunities at this time, I am open to connecting with individuals who share my values. Outside of my professional life, I have a heart for evangelizing and sharing my love for the Holy Trinity by speaking at events including: Magnificat, Mission, and Life in The Spirit seminars encouraging believers to grow in their faith, purpose, and gifts.
