Graduated from University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) in 2009. Joined a startup company as a Web Developer, and exposed myself to various programing languages, such as JAVA, JavaScripting, C# and SQL. Being a quick learner I created a Aravon Shoes WebSite as my first independent project. In 2010 joined Business Intelligence Quality assurance (QA) team at Oracle. Executed and created test cases to validate the upgrade scenarios from 10g to 11g. In 2013 joined Oracle CEAL Team, and worked on highly escalated customer issues and provided supported around the clock. I build a strong relationship with the customers and gained their confidence.
I believe there always an opportunity to learn.
