Innovative content creator and strategist with a passion for apparel and beauty. I have experience working with some of the largest retailers and brands in the world to develop omnichannel user-generated content strategies, and spent several years working with management consultancies and creative agencies. Serving in both individual contributor and management roles taught me that the key to being a strong leader is servant leadership, which I strive to bring into every project and role I take on.

When I'm not running Austin's Town Lake Trail with my Bernedoodle or exploring a new city, I'm immersing myself in the latest fashion trends. As a style fanatic, I've become fascinated by how the shopper journey has and continues to evolve. A strong omnichannel experience is no longer optional for retailers and brands to survive. Social has evened the playing field for smaller brands to compete with mass merchants and department stores. Living in Austin, we lean into shopping local. It's a mindset that I love about my city, and interestingly enough, one that has created challenges for even my largest clients.

That's why the statement "content is king" is now more true than ever. It's also why my company, Bazaarvoice, has continued to invest in new ways for retailers and brands to reach and inspire their customers in a more personal and authentic way than ever before. Because we all want to feel connected to each other and to the people we're giving our hard earned money to... and we could all use a little more inspiration regardless of if we know exactly what style and size little black dress we need or not.
