Psychology dominates every aspect of our lives.
I believe this to be true. Yet, our understanding of human behavior is often missing from how we approach everyday problems. Our differences, our frustrations, our unique backgrounds can all be managed with a true commitment to understanding each other. I am passionate about building relationships, and understanding realities different from my own.
So what does this have to do with providing customer support, or creating content? In my view, everything. Studying psychology is not just for therapists and neuroscientists. It is essential to customer satisfaction, content creation, and marketing. An unsolvable problem is rare, but misunderstandings are common.
