Andy’s career began as a United States Naval Officer who led a Special Forces boat team in the Iraq War. As “Fast Boat Commander,” he executed counter-terrorism operations in the Persian Gulf, where his teams successfully intercepted over 100 Al Qaeda suspects.

After the Navy, Andy co-founded HUMAN (Helping Unite Mankind And Nutrition), America’s first healthy vending company. HUMAN achieved #168 on the Inc. 500 list and was a #1 Franchise in Category in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500.

After HUMAN, Andy co-founded Caroo (formerly SnackNation), the country’s leading software-enabled employee care company. Caroo curates and delivers great tasting better-for-you snacks, premium lifestyle products, and products that helps teams stay better connected.
