I have expertise in strategy, PR, email, social media, and collection marketing. My background includes nearly seven years as the Marketing Content Team Leader for the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County and more than 20 years as an Emmy-award-winning broadcast TV journalist.
In 2015, I started the blog SuperLibraryMarketing.com. In each article, I share in-depth promotional strategies and tips for libraries around the world. I'm also the host of "The Library Marketing Show" on YouTube, a weekly segment where I answer viewer questions and share quick tips to help make the job of marketing a library easier and more effective.
