I’m a highly commercial ecommerce specialist, who has had more than 18 years’ experience within the retail sector in both NZ and the UK. Throughout this time I have successfully managed large P&L’s with a focus on digital, strategy, marketing, buying, customer experience as well as implementing large projects into businesses through a collaborative approach delivering strategic objectives.
My current focus is managing the omni-channel experience for customers, aligning business units and using data to drive change for the customer as well as the business.
