As EMEA President at Workday, I lead our talented teams across the region as we support our customers in their journeys of digital transformation and optimisation. We have great momentum in the market, as Workday continues to scale rapidly across EMEA and our market share currently includes 40% of the DAX40, 38% of the FTSE 100 Index, and 33% of the CAC40 (as of Dec 2022).
I bring over 30 years’ experience to my role, and lead with a people and customer-focused approach. Before joining Workday, I held various senior leadership roles at Salesforce and SAP. I also serve as a member of the Supervisory Board of Sligro Food Group and a member of the Advisory Board of the Dutch art museum - ‘Het Noordbrabants Museum’.
I’m currently based in the Netherlands where I love spending time with my family. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, swimming in the ocean and playing tennis and golf. I always lead with a curious mindset and look forward to what the future holds.
