As a Human Resources Trainer at Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services (RRCS), I design and deliver up-to-date trainings in a variety of topics, such as leadership, communication, and customer service, for over 400 employees. I have over 10 years of experience in training and development, and I hold CPR/AED/First Aid and Instructor certifications, as well as a Mandt certification.

My mission is to promote a culture of learning and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at all levels of the organization. I collaborate with executive leadership to integrate DEI initiatives into the training and development programs, and I initiated the first leadership training program for the agency. I also manage the New Employee Orientation and Onboarding process, and I evaluate the staff's current skill levels and training needs. I am passionate about supporting the professional growth and development of the RRCS staff and helping them reach their full potential.
