With over 35 years of experience in the field of cognitive diversity, innovation, and learning, I am a leading thought leader, author, speaker, and researcher who helps thinkers, teams, and organizations achieve better results and performance. As the Chair of the Board and Chief Thought Leader at Herrmann, I lead the development and creation of thought leadership in partnership with our clients and partners, based on our extensive data and research on thinking and cognitive diversity.
My mission is to apply the practical implications of neuroscience, learning, and ongoing research using our HBDI database of over 3 million thinkers from around the globe, to address the issues and themes that matter most to individual thinkers, teams, and organizations worldwide. I believe that leadership development starts with how we think, and that thinking agility is a core competency that today's leaders must develop to succeed.
