I help individuals and organizations create new opportunities by learning more about members of their target audience and focusing their business development efforts on reaching them effectively.

The New York Law Journal called my first book, "The Opportunity Maker: Strategies for Inspiring Your Legal Career Through Creative Networking and Business Development" (Thomson-West, 2008), a “must-have treasure box of marketing ideas,” and CEOs have described my second book, "Reinventing Professional Services: Building Your Business in the Digital Marketplace" (Wiley, 2011), released in Japanese by Akishobo as ハスラー――プロフェッショナルたちの革新, as “an essential guide” that “expertly showcases the multitude of opportunities the digital age has brought to the professional services market.”

Writer: After practicing law for nearly nine years with large law firms in Manhattan, I am now a ghostwriter and industry analyst. I focus on legal technology, law-related issues, electronic discovery, and professional services. I help companies and firms prepare their white papers, client alerts, customer profiles, case studies, and articles. I am also the lead researcher for a variety of widely-circulated benchmarking surveys, which track trends and perspectives.

Speaker: As a public speaker seeking to empower students and professionals with creative ideas for standing out and leveraging technology to raise their profiles, I have had the honor of keynoting events in the U.S., including the 2010 ABA Techshow, the U.K. and Australia. I have also appeared at over 50 law schools in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.

Coach: I coach a select group of professionals on a long-term basis to help individuals identify their most promising markets while combining the art and science of building relationships to customize an effective approach to business development.
