I lead marketing demand globally for IBM and am responsible for supporting $150B + of annual pipeline. In this role I own martech, data, data-science, media, campaign automation, and performance marketing for the whole company. My approach is intensely data-driven building an enterprise leading AI-powered performance marketing platform that is powering IBM's transformation and financial growth. My recent focus has been on the application of advanced generative AI to core marketing challenges including the content-supply chain, media optimization, and account-based marketing.

My approach to business growth through data-science has been recognized with the Abobe Transformer of the Year, ANA Genius Award, I-COM Grand Prize, Stevie Gold Medal, SAMMY Product of the Year Award, Google Customer Success Award, GroupM Search Award, and covered by press including Harvard Business Review. I am member of the Yale Center for Customer Insight Advisory Board.

Prior to my marketing roles, I spent a decade consulting with companies across industries and government agencies on the strategic application of analytics for business growth. Prior, I had a short-lived career as a film maker which shaped my storytelling leadership style (of course, if I'd been better at movies, I never would have discovered a passion for data-driven business).

I have an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a BA from the George Washington University. I live in Westchester, NY with his wife Lara, son Noah and daughter Alexandra.
