I lead people strategy for hypergrowth tech, creative and digital companies. I’m a servant-leader, a cross-functional, cross-cultural business thinker, a people geek, and a strengths-based coach with a Six Sigma Black Belt, TQ/PM certified, with a MSBA in HR Management and an MBA.
I spent 2022 as Chief People Officer with Rain Instant Pay, an app that employers can offer their people for early access to their earned wages, joining after Series A to define and put into place a People strategy for aggressive growth globally.
Prior, as SVP of People at subscription box leader FabFitFun, I oversaw people strategy through VC-funded rapid growth followed by cost-cutting and a RIF, kept staff safe in Covid, defined our vision for the future of work, and then scaled again.
Before that, I led people and operations at incubation firm BCG Digital Ventures, as we quadrupled to 800 people in global entrepreneurial hubs launching category-changing digital products and services for world-class clients at startup speed.
I’m a founding member of CPOHQ, a curated forum for the Chief People Officer community, and also a startup advisor with PeopleTech Partners, a network of business leaders supporting tech startups committed to transforming how we work.
