I am the Founder & CEO of Data Clymer, a professional data services firm. We help small-to-midsize companies empower every employee to ask ad-hoc question of their internal corporate data and get immediate answers. Our clients hire us because their people cannot get data-driven answers quickly, because they are experiencing data silos and/or a lack of reporting capabilities, and they need more data engineering resources.
We solve these challenges by designing and implementing modern cloud data systems that drive positive results through data democratization and actionable insights. When done well, customers are delighted and companies find innovative, and often unexpected, strategies for success.
Prior to Data Clymer, I built the data team at Salesforce and drive the shift to a data-driven culture. My team designed and implemented Salesforce's first enterprise data warehouse, on top of which many internal data solutions were built.
