Asaf Wolff

I am a growth hacker with a proven track record of achieving fast growth and scaling businesses. At the University of the People, I have helped to grow the institution from a small 10-employee, 100-student operation to one of the top 10 universities and the fastest-growing one in the US. I have overseen Sales, Marketing, and Operations for the past ten years, leading teams all over the world to achieve and maintain 200% annual growth.

I am excited about finding new and creative ways to reach new audiences while maintaining a super-low acquisition cost (99% lower than the industry average) and about the challenge of adjusting operations to manage growth. I have also helped to raise over $50M, and I am in charge of partnerships with corporations such as Google, Adobe, and Microsoft.

I am passionate about using new technology to make operations more efficient and excited about how AI can help us become much more productive. I am also committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected, and I believe that a multicultural work environment is a major advantage more than it's a challenge.

I was previously a Senior Manager in a mid-size company for eight years. During my time at my previous post, I managed the operations of the New Products division.

I received my MBA from Tel Aviv University and my LL.B from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
