Ashley Blevins is a Talent Partner at High Alpha, a venture studio that partners with entrepreneurs to conceive, launch, and scale next-generation enterprise cloud companies. In this role, Ashley works closely with founders to identify and engage with potential team members and drive a thriving technical community. Ashley oversees all technical hiring from software engineers and data scientists to Co-Founders, ensuring that High Alpha’s portfolio companies have access to top talent.
Prior to joining High Alpha, Ashley worked at a startup where she built a technical team of 50 in less than 2 years. In addition to the technical team, she also hired for Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. She hired and led a recruiting team while continuing to recruit for her own requisitions. Her success in building teams has made her a sought-after talent partner in the tech industry.
