My journey into the mental health field started with my own quest for healing. The experience I had with an awesome therapist (thanks Chris) completely changed the course of my life. I chose psychology as part of my Humanities degree, and I fell in love with the field. Studying psychology while going through psychotherapy was an incredible experience.
