My name is Ashley!
I am a motivated and growing IT Engineer that is a self- starter with years of experience in customer service who is passionate about learning, knowledge, and creating. Thirst for knowledge and hunger to understand are at the forefront of my brain, followed by a desire to succeed not only personally but professionally, also followed by the concern for the well being of my colleagues and office environment. I have taken comprehensive training through Job Train, which led into hands on experience in technical systems/settings, where I am now an IT Engineer supporting over 700 people globally at an awesome tech company. With my proficient customer service skills and growing technical skills, I hope to only further my knowledge as an IT Engineer and IT Support Professional all which to serve in the growth of my proficiency and efficiency in the industry. I would like to also continue to develop improvements for my team, it's processes and solutions and to enable my workplace, colleagues and community.
