Ayomi Samaraweera

After 8 years as a management consultant, working across the UK, Middle East, and US, Ayomi discovered her passion for the Creator Economy during the pandemic, when she joined TikTok's Communications team and went on to become the Global Head of Internal Communications.

She is now a full-time founder building in the Creator Economy space and is a part-time TikTok Creator, who has been featured in Business Insider.

Ayomi is a committed Diversity & Inclusion advocate and provides free career mentoring calls, focused on Women of Color, to her global TikTok community.
