Hello there! I’m Ben, I’m a strategic leader with a creative and design background with 20 years of experience across companies like Amazon Music, Amazon Advertising, MGM Resorts International, Clear Channel Outdoor and CB Richard Ellis.

Currently, I'm Head of Product & Design at Tise, where I help shape the future of one of Norway’s most used digital products by leading the product team’s overall strategy, vision and execution. At Tise, our goal is to make it easy, fun and inspiring to sell and buy second hand using our marketplace.

Most recently, I was Superside’s VP of Design leading our creative department, evolving our capabilities and service offering. I managed a fast growing team of over 200 talented creatives across 60+ countries, worked with strategic clients to cultivate partnerships and collaborated closely with our internal team to effectively scale.
